Welcome New Neighbors!

First of all, welcome to our wonderful neighborhood! We look forward to getting to know you, perhaps at one of our social events, on the street as many of us take our morning or evening walk, or just down by the pool.

You may be one of those people content to stay at home, but if you like getting to know those living around you, there are plenty of opportunities to do that.

Our major social event of the year is our Fall Picnic in September. Other community events are the Easter Egg Hunt, Subdivision Garage Sale, Holiday Progressive Dinner Party, an occasional Gourmet Social Dinner Night, or sometimes we have impromptu events. Halloween is also a special time when the entire neighborhood is abuzz with little "Treaters" (No "Trickers" allowed!).

If you are into sports, there are always people looking for tennis or pickle ball partners and pickup teams of basketball or golf outings. Or maybe a book club or bunko is more your speed? Or you can just take a walk around our trails system and enjoy the picnic area and open woods around the community.

Be sure to visit our website often at www.fpehoa.com where you will find helpful information, in addition to current and updated activities in the neighborhood.

Also make sure to get our on email address list by sending your contact details to forestparkestates@live.com.

Notification will be sent regarding the annual Forest Park Estates Home Owners Association meeting, scheduled annually in November. Your presence is needed to make quorum and we hope you will make every effort to attend.

The HOA Board is responsible for, among other things, maintaining the common areas and amenities, as well as overseeing the overall maintenance and appearance of our community, ensuring that Forest Park Estates continues to be a desirable place to live, and property values maintained.

Therefore, we ask that you become familiar with our Covenants, Restrictions and Bylaws. Be sure to notify the Architectural Committee of any exterior change request and complete an architectural modification request form in plenty of time before your big (or little) project is scheduled to start.

We think you'll find this a "homeowner participation" community and your voice is always welcome. Be sure to contact your HOA Board of Directors if you have a question or notice something amiss in the neighborhood.

The contact info and name of each Board Member is listed here.

You will also find a lot of other really useful information on the website.

Again, welcome to Forest Park Estates and be sure to introduce yourselves as you see us around and about!
