Architectural Modification

Per our community deed restrictions, many improvements and repairs to your homes will require approval by the FPE Architectural Committee before work can commence.

The FPE Architectural Committee has developed the attached references to assist you in submitting a clear and concise project request for their review. While these references do not supersede our deed restrictions, they do clarify key restrictions for the most common projects; fencing, house painting and roof replacement.

The following references, guidelines and forms must be used for all projects.

Please begin by reviewing the Homeowners Guide to Architectural Restrictions.

If you are replacing a roof then please ensure your roof material selection is from our Preapproved Roofing List, or explain in your submission why you are requesting a deviation.

Finally, complete the editable Architectural Modification Request Form below and submit it via email to forestparkestates@live.com.

If you would prefer, you can request these forms be sent to you via email.

Please anticipate acknowledgement of your application within 7 days of submission by email.

Please expect a 14–45-day review period for all requests and plan the timing of your accordingly.
