POOL AND PICNIC RESERVATIONS
Residents may reserve the pool Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Standard reservations are two hours, but additional time may be granted based on date/time requested. The picnic area can be reserved any day of the week.
Important: Reserving the pool does not restrict others from the facilities. Making a reservation is a courtesy to allow residents to host small group events. The pool and picnic area can still be used by other residents during that time, if desired. Use of the pool for swimming lessons can be disruptive to other residents wanting to use the pool or relax on the deck, so please be considerate and try to schedule outside peak hours.
To make a reservation, send an email to forestparkestates@live.com and post a notice on the fence near the pool gate at least two weeks prior to the event. Consider a protective cover sheet to shield the notice from weather. The notice must include the following information:
- Event name
- Date
- Time (start and end)
- Homeowner’s name and phone number
The homeowner is responsible for cleaning up all trash and removing it from the area. Any trash left behind from a party will result in a $200 fine billed to the party host by the Homeowners Association.
POOL CARDS
The pool gate is equipped with an electronic gate lock that will unlock when you pass your card over the reader box. Pool cards should be kept in a safe place. If your card is damaged, you must return the damaged card in order to receive a new card at no charge. If you lose or misplace your pool card, report it to forestparkestates@live.com so the card can be deactivated. In the event that your card is lost or stolen, a replacement can be issued once a $50 fee is paid to Forest Park Estates Homes Association.
POOL WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi access is available during the pool season. The network name and password are provided annually to each homeowner in good standing (i.e., current on dues), at the beginning of the season.

LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES
The access card system logs each entry by the household’s corresponding card. This helps ensure safety and, in conjunction with the 24-hour video surveillance, will be used to investigate responsible parties in case of theft or vandalism.
Violators of the pool rules will be asked to leave. The HOA reserves the right to suspend a homeowner’s pool access either temporarily or for the remainder of the pool season based on the severity or repeated offense of a violation.
Cards belonging to homeowners in arrears of their HOA dues will be deactivated and privileges revoked until the payment of dues are current.
